Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the HW Entertainment LLC website and inquiries for licensed verses and related services. They are a working customer-facing policy for this site and for advertising review. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for a signed license agreement.

The service

HW Entertainment LLC offers two licensing products: Catalog License (a license to an existing recording from our catalog, released or unreleased) and Custom (we contact an artist’s team on your behalf, with no guarantee of a yes). We also offer promotion and billboard bookings described on their own pages. A request on this site is an inquiry, not a completed purchase. There is no online checkout on this site.

Pricing

  • Released catalog verses start from $500.
  • Unreleased catalog verses start from $1,500.
  • Custom requests are quoted on request.

Starting prices are not a quote. The price for a listed recording is shown on its listing; otherwise the final price depends on the recording, usage and availability we confirm with you.

BOGO offer

Through November 1, 2026, catalog licenses are buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO), starting at $500. The free catalog feature is of equal or lesser starting price unless we agree otherwise in writing. BOGO applies to catalog licenses, not automatically to unreleased verses, custom exclusives, promotion, or billboards. We may decline combinations that cannot be licensed. The offer ends November 1, 2026.

No timing or platform promises

We don’t promise a clearance or delivery time, and we can’t promise that any distributor or streaming platform (for example DistroKid or Spotify) will accept or keep a release. What happens if a distributor removes or flags a release is set out in your signed license. Paperwork is issued on payment: your signed license agreement and split sheet are delivered with the audio files after payment is received.

No guarantee of specific celebrity availability

Listing an artist name, a starting price, or a sample name on a landing page does not mean that person is available, will appear on your record, or will personally endorse you. HW Entertainment licenses verses from its catalog. We do not impersonate public figures. We do not guarantee that any specific celebrity or named artist is available when you inquire. If a requested name cannot be cleared, we will say so in our reply and may suggest another licensed option.

What you receive when a deal closes

On payment, a catalog license includes the agreed audio files (stems where the license includes them), your signed license agreement and a split sheet. Your rights are only those written in your signed license. A catalog license is not a new session with the artist and not an endorsement; name use is limited to what the license specifies. Do not release or monetize a recording until your signed license has been issued.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit false contact information, scrape the roster, or imply that any artist endorses you or your release. Billboard and promotion services are separate products and are not offered on the paid-ads landing page.
