Privacy Policy

This policy describes how HW Entertainment LLC (“HW Entertainment,” “we,” “us”) handles information on this website. It is written for customers and advertising reviewers. It is not a substitute for legal advice.

Who we are

HW Entertainment LLC is a music company in Los Angeles, CA that licenses recordings from its catalog and offers related services. Contact us at hw_management@yahoo.com or (323) 595-3611.

Information we collect

When you use a booking or contact form, we collect the details you submit. That typically includes first name, last name, email, phone, company, budget range, desired artist, and service type. Hidden fields may also pass campaign tags (for example utm_source) so we know which page sent the request.

Forms on this site post to Formspree (formspree.io). Formspree receives the submission, stores it according to its own terms, and emails it to HW Entertainment LLC. We do not host a private customer database on this static site.

The site loads Google Fonts and the Google Ads tag (gtag.js), may load a Meta (Facebook) pixel if configured, and is served by our web hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL). We do not run account logins on this site.

How we use information

• To reply to your request.
• To prepare licensing, clearance, and payment paperwork if you book.
• To understand which ads or pages sent a request.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell personal information

HW Entertainment LLC does not sell personal information. We do not share form submissions with third parties for their marketing. We share data only with processors needed to run the site and fulfill a booking (for example Formspree for form delivery, payment or contract tools if a deal closes, and email).

Cookies and ads

We use Google Ads. The Google Ads tag may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure ad clicks and conversions (for example, reaching the thank-you page after a form submission). If a Meta Pixel ID is installed, Meta may do the same. Browser settings can limit cookies. You don’t need an account to use this site.

Retention

We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond, complete a license, and meet ordinary business and tax records. You can email hw_management@yahoo.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion of a form submission we still control.

Children

This site is for adults booking commercial music licenses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
