It lets you use a recording that already exists in our catalog, on the terms in your signed license. It is not a new session with the artist and not an endorsement. Each listing says whether the license is exclusive or non-exclusive, and if it’s non-exclusive, how many licenses are left.

Only if your signed license says you can. Each listing shows “feat. credit allowed: yes/no”. Where credit is allowed, name use is limited to what the license specifies, such as a “feat.” credit in your release metadata. Don’t use the artist’s name or photo in titles, artwork or ads unless your license expressly allows it.

Distributors and streaming platforms make their own decisions, and nobody can promise a platform will accept a release. If yours is flagged or removed, contact us with the notice. Your license has a section that says what documents are provided and what happens next. Ask us about it before you pay.

No. A name on our site is not a promise that the artist is available or will work with you. Catalog recordings are listed with previews when they’re ready. Custom requests go to the artist’s team, and they decide.

We contact the artist’s management or team with your request. They decide whether to do it and on what terms. Price is quoted on request, and anything agreed is documented in a written license.

There is no online checkout on this site. Once the recording, license type and credit terms are confirmed with you, payment is arranged directly with HW Entertainment LLC. Only deal with us at hw_management@yahoo.com or (323) 595-3611.

Your signed license agreement, the split sheet, and the audio files (stems where your license includes them).

We don’t publish a standard refund policy. Any cancellation or refund terms are the ones written into your license. Ask about them before you pay.

Through November 1, 2026, catalog licenses are buy-one-get-one-free. The free license is of equal or lesser price. It applies to catalog licenses only, not to Custom, promotion or billboards. The offer ends November 1, 2026.

Sunset Spectacular (8775 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood) is $499 for 1 day. Times Square (1560 Broadway, New York) is $599 for 1 day. Vertical: 15-second video or still. Horizontal: still only. Every booking includes photo and video documentation of your placement.
